The atmosphere is that of a local pub that overlooks the ocean. The food is excellent and the beer is cold. A great place to unwind after a long day at work.

Really a fun place. Good to view sports. The food is ok. It was steak day and the people beside me loved theirs...a bit salty. My pizza was good, I'm not sure if ever order it again though. So they lost a star. Otherwise, it's a five star place for what you're expecting

I love dives like these, the wait staff was great. The beer was great, the food was good, the views from the table with the windows were great. A great good stop if you have a few hours to kill before a flight.

The calamari rings were really yummy, but so were the jalapeño poppers, and the fish and chips. The views at sunset are awesome, too. Great place with a laid back, beach vibe. Excellent service.

The food was good. We got some wings, sweet potato fries and breaded pop corn shrimp. Everything was good. The fries were amazing. Way too much for a half basket order. The standard buffalo wings are pretty spicy. Very crowded even on Christmas day. Decent beach view. A fun place to hang out by the beach.

Great place for Sunday funday and football Sunday... great place to hang out.... great place to have happy hour.... a great place to kick back....great waitstaff and all around great time with a view of the Manhattan Beach Pier.

A nice little dive bar. Food was good, but not amazing compared to other places in the area. But man do they have an amazing view here! Unlike other places in the area, I was able to walk in, sit down without a reservation and have a beer with some wings to have a million dollar view of the sunset over the ocean and pier. That deserves 4 stars in my book. They should really remodel this place to take full advantage of the amazing view they have.

A fun bar by the beach

Place is nice, views to the Pier are amazing. Bartenders are quite normal if you're not local, not super friendly. I mean not rude but they wouldn't make any effort to make you feel welcome. That was my feeling. But the place is nice.

Nice place but I think you need to be at least 6' tall to enjoy it better...

Great location. Good food and pricing considering the location. This place is a laid back beach bar and grill. The teriyaki chicken was tasty and made fresh. I'd come here again.

I understand that this is a "Dive Bar" in Manhattan Beach....but does that really give your waitstaff cart blanche to treat customers so rudely that they offend the bartender? I hope the food is worth the obnoxious attitude that passes for customer service here.

Great prices and amazing service. Our server was super helpful and gave great advice on the nearest stores, ATM, and parking. She was phenomenal. The food is also fantastic. We got the beef tacos and sliders. The tacos have the perfect shell and were some of the best I have ever had. The sliders were tasty and came in a perfect portion. They also make all their chips in his fresh! Ours were piping hot when they got to the table! I would definitely visit again and highly reccomend stopping in if you are in Manhattan beach.

If you're looking for a local dive bar near the beach with authentic petina and chill crowd you have found it. Lots of drinks to be had with retro rock on the sound system.

It was one of the only places open on thanksgiving and had great service. The wings are really good and they have a great selection of beer.

We had a great time here with friends Capt’n Jack, Sara and myself. The bartender “Dragon” is great! Beach views are exceptional. Food is good (typical bar food )I recommend the Nachos and the burger was good too

Gets reeeeeally crowded with literally no space to move from one side of the bar to the other, but service amd food was amazing! The bartenders did a great job of fulfilling drink orders, as crowded as it was!

I was in LA visiting my boyfriend and we went for a motorcycle ride to Manhattan Beach! I think this is the only place we stopped in to have a drink. For obvious reasons ... it's right up front by the beach! The drinks were great, I had a Cosmo and he got a beer. The service was fast. The atmosphere is super casual. There are lots of places in the area to choose from but I'm glad we picked this place. We always try to avoid going anywhere that seems pretentious and this was the perfect place for us.

One of the last original Manhattan Beach bars! Not all "West side'ed" like everything else in downtown Manhattan.

I love to go to this place on Tuesdays for the NY style steak that's available. Although I dont fancy myself very often with steaks I feel it's a good place for starters.

One of the best burgers of my life, my only regret, I did not double up like my brother did. Just sitting there with the view of the beach is amazing. The staff are very good, as I would expect in USA. The toilet door had no door, which made our holiday better as we both got changed into swim shorts with risk of being seen naked.

I love stopping in during bike rides along the strand. A cool place to have a drink with friends. Bartenders are friendly and there's a great locals vibe even though the area in swarming with tourists!

Location, location, location! The sunset is the reason to go and the food a reason to return. Tuesday special $12.95 NY strip steak, home made mashed potatoes and freen beans with a salad. Home made chips and guacamole. Im a Texan and rarely do I find guac that us good outside of Texas. Its here! We also had fish and chips one day. That is a must order.
